Steven D. Holdaway, M.B.A., Chief Executive Officer
Mr.
Holdaway is a well-known former GlaxoSmithKline Executive.
Mr. Holdaway was with Amoco Oil Company for 13 years
prior to his 11 years at GSK. While at GSK, Mr. Holdaway
managed organizations in the US, Canada, UK, Spain,
and Portugal. He has significant experience in strategic
planning and execution, finance and operations. Most
recently he served as CFO and COO of Nuada Pharmaceuticals
in Durham, North Carolina. Mr. Holdaway holds degrees
in engineering and finance from the University of Michigan and DePaul University.
Sandra E. Cummings, M.B.A., President and Chief Strategic Officer
Ms. Cummings
has extensive management experience in growing organizations.
She has been a marketing consultant to GlaxoSmithKline's
Care Management Division for their disease management
programs. Prior to joining ZyCare, Ms. Cummings held
various marketing and major account management positions
during 13 years at Nortel Networks. Ms. Cummings
joined ZyCare full time in 1996. She served as principal
investigator on ZyCare’s most recent SBIR grant
and managed the company through the development
and clinical trials of the CoagCare System. She is currently responsible for marketing, sales and strategic alliances. Ms. Cummings holds an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
Elliott. M. Sogol. R.Ph, Ph.D., FAPhA Director Pharmacy Operations and Services
Dr. Sogol brings over 14 years of experience with GSK and 6 years of experience in academics. He currently serves as a preceptor for the University of North Carolina, Campbell, and Wingate Universities Schools of Pharmacy at his community based practice site. Dr. Sogol served as the Director for Academic Affairs and acting Department Chair for the Clinical Research Department at Campbell University. In addition, Dr Sogol currently serves as the Science Officer for the American Pharmacists Association.
